The JigsApp is the fastest and most efficient method to instrument your design with a bed-of-nails test fixture. Our system is fully parameterized which we use to generate perfectly accurate made-to-measure test fixtures from a simple specification aimed at fitting into a board designers existing workflow. Design the fixture in your EDA program along with your design, send us the gerbers, the test point locations, and a connector wiring netlist. Our system generates the manufacturing drawings completely from that specification. This both speeds up the process of making a simple, classic bed-of-nails and equally speeds up the process of making a complex system that reflects the specific needs of your new design.
